This is on lawn of Crusader Baptist Church, which is on N. Stonestreet Ave., in the old Lincoln High School building. Founded in 1935, Lincoln High School was, according to the County: "[T]he first junior high school for blacks in the county and is the oldest high school built for black students still standing."
